In the first article I identified the multiple competing theories about what the covid epidemic actually was and what long covid actually is, so that we can choose what therapeutic approach to follow.

My personal approach to dealing with my post covid experience of long covid and two different cancers actually involves a composite of the four narratives covered in this article:

4. The parasite narrative
A small handful of naturopaths and doctors are promoting the idea that most or all disease results from some form of parasitic invasion, and will succumb to some form of anti-parasitic treatment. Many were alerted to this fact for the simple reason that several re-purposed drugs successfully used to treat covid were anti-parasitics.
Dr. Lee Merritt
Perhaps the most outspoken doctor on the parasite narrative is Dr Lee Merritt and you will find plenty of videos where she explains her theories. Her website is a good starting point for understanding this theory and the first video below is the best yet.

Anti-parasitic medications and protocols
This is a narrative based on the treatment rather than the exact identification of the problem. The treatments we know of are often able to kill a whole range of damaging living invaders in our bodies, from single celled pathogens to the obvious intestinal parasites.
Medicine has no available tests to find what parasites we may be affected by, and largely ignores the problem, so this has become a classic case of throwing an anti-parasitic at a problem and hoping it works. This is OK in that they are mostly very safe medications, but it does mean that dangerous “parasites” may go undetected and the wrong treatments a may be applied.
Assumptions
That there may or may not be such a thing as the SARS-CoV-2, but whatever it is, it is often treated successfully with anti-parasitic medications
That it may or may not be “the spike protein” or some other parasitic or toxic invader, that enters the cells via the ACE2 receptors and causes the symptoms of “covid”
That there is a post viral phase of the disease called long covid, that is also attributed to “the spike protein” and that may be attributable to other parasitic or toxic invaders
That these invaders can be treated with a combination of anti-parasitics and detox support
My take on parasites as the primary cause of disease
I think they are the primary cause of what is wrong with me, but that they are aided and abetted by other factors.
I am gambling personally on my assumption that fibromyalgia, long covid, melanoma and carcinoma are all caused by parasites, so I am hitting them, first and foremost, but not solely, with a range of different anti-parasitic protocols.
Treatments
There are lots of treatments and protocols we can choose from to support us with detoxing from parasites and other toxins. I have used the following:

And here is someone, Joy Lucette Garner from Joy’s Newsletter, who thinks that there may be parasites in the jabs.
5. The Bryan Ardis, snake venom and nicotine narrative
Regarding Bryan Ardis, I have already dedicated an entire article to the difference between the SARS-CoV-2, ACE2 receptors and spike protein theory on one hand - which is the mainstream allopathic theory - and Bryan Ardis’s snake venom, nAChRs and nicotine theory on the other hand.
My take on the nicotine narrative
I have personally used the nicotine patches and truthfully, they did not treat many of my symptoms of long covid, at least in the short term as he claims, but they did treat one critical symptom, brain fog. That alone is enough for me to keep his ideas in the “in tray” even if, at the end of the day, his theory about how nicotine works, is faulty. At this stage it doesn’t matter. It has given me more improvement in quality of life than anything else I have taken.
And here is someone, Joy Lucette Garner from Joy’s Newsletter, who is developing upon the idea that venom has something to do with our problems.
6. The 5G and other forms of dirty electricity narrative
Regarding hostile EMFs, here is a recent Substack article on the harm brought about by hostile EMFs, from the World Council for Health.
My take on hostile EMFs
I have little doubt that any problem with parasites is amplified by hostile EMFs. I have no real idea yet how to protect myself from them, and the best I can currently afford is a shungite necklace and a few shungite bits and pieces around my home. I know I have to do more. When I go to areas of known dirty electricity, even with the shungite necklace, I still get very weak and close to collapse. But if I go to those same places without the necklace, I am much worse. It would we lovely to know what my body feels like when completely away from all forms of dirty electricity and harmful EMFs, but that is not likely to happen any time soon.
Here is a good article summarising what we can do about it. Will protecting ourselves from EMFs do more than protect our body electrical system? Will it slow the rate of parasitic reproduction in our bodies? Do we have any idea how much it is impacting on parasites?
7. The “frankenbugs”
These are man made cross domain life forms. They can be mixtures of living microbes and all forms of technology that have no right to be a single life form, let alone a single life form able to replicate. They are science fiction’s worst nightmare, and they are real. I have written a couple of articles on my theory about “frankenbugs”. You will find links in those articles to the current world leaders in this area of study.
I personally am wondering if Fibromyalgia (FMS) is an early form of frankenbug. I am not finding anything yet on any parasitic connection but I am still looking.
My take on how to survive
I have combined the last 5 ideas.
My principal line of defence is strong anti-parasitic protocols, particularly as I am now treating cancer as well as everything else.
I am supporting this with nicotine patches, because when I use them my brain comes back and when I stop, after a while, the brain fog returns. Without my brain I can’t do anything else.
I am supporting my body against EMFs with shungite, which remarkably, seems to work to some degree to provide protection from 5G. If I stop wearing it, some of my vagus nerve long covid symptoms return and I become very physically weak and fatigued. Good enough for me - I could do better on the EMF front when I work out what else to do that I can afford.
I am working on the idea that FMS could be caused by one of the earliest of the “frankenbugs”. No cause has ever been identified. No cure has ever been identified. No parasite has ever been identified as a component. But I am going to bet on it being a complex parasitic disease and I am looking for an anti-parasitic that knocks it back, down or over, altogether.
In case shedding is true and I am “vaccine injured”, I am ensuring my anti-parasitic protocols include powerful detox agents. A toxic overload is often associated with both fibromyalgia and cancer, so however the toxins got there, it is worth getting rid of them.
