This is very early days in me intuiting a protocol to support my own health transformation. I work with the idea that everything wrong with me has a single upstream cause. Find that cause and the healing process will be much simplified.

As you can see from this protocol, I have not found that single cause and am still using far too many supplements.

1. I am hoping that I will find some anti-parasitic that knocks out long covid and fibromyalgia as well as stopping cancer metastases.

2. Meanwhile I have dangerous numbers for blood sugar, blood lipids, blood pressure and fatty liver, so I have to pay attention to them. I am trying to treat them as a single disease rather than 4 diseases, but I am expecting, at the end of the day, they will also turn out to be parasitic diseases.

I am writing this as a separate post as a record for my own benefit, but if anyone is doing the same kind of self-medication as me, you are welcome to talk to me about it. This is the bare bones but I will fill out the details after publication. Some of the supplements may not be appropriately placed in terms of water soluble and fat soluble - again later refinements as I improve this.

The protocol

All Day

• Fulvic & Humic Acid in a bottle of water (background mineral support and detox)

• Activated Silica in a bottle of water (detox aluminium)

• Nicotine patches as required to deal with brain fog

Overnight detox

• Modified Citrus Pectin, 1 tsp powder 1 hour away from any other intake (cancer and detox) I am now taking this overnight as it was too difficult to manage the timing of the rest of the protocol in the morning

Before breakfast sugar control (high fat breakfast, keto, eggs, dandelion coffee)

• Berberine (from Phellodendron), 522 mg

• Ceylon Cinnamon, 500 mg

• Alpha-Lipoic Acid, 400 mg

Breakfast supplements, with high fat breakfast

• Fenbendazole, 500 mg (main anti-cancer supplement)

• B Complex

• Vitamin C, 1000 mg

• Milk Thistle, 2X650 mg (for liver protection)

• Zinc, 15 mg

• Quercetin, 600 mg

• Turmeric (Curcumin), 680 mg

• Co Q 10, 300 mg

• Lecithin Capsules, 4x1200 mg

Before lunch sugar control

• Berberine (from Phellodendron), 522 mg

• Alpha-Lipoic Acid, 400 mg

Lunch time smoothie

• Apricot kernels, 9 per day (main anti-cancer supplement)

• Beetroot powder, 1 sachet (for nitric oxide NO)

• Lecithin granules, 1 tsp (for FMS pain relief)

• Ceylon Cinnamon powder, 1 tsp

• Dandelion root, 1 sachet

• Turmeric (Curcumin), 680 mg

• Betaglucare, 1/2 sachet

• hemp oil or flax oil, 1 tsp alternating

• Liquid Vitamin D3 & K2, 1000 mg

• liquid blood pressure remedy

Mid afternoon detox

• Modified Citrus Pectin, 1 tsp powder (cancer and detox)

Before dinner sugar control
