The context for this article
This article continues the conversation with ChatGPT about mitochondrial health. It is pretty much a straight cut and paste from ChatGPT with some suggestions at the end of where we go to from here.
Protecting the mitochondria from EMFs
The standard narrative
This is another ChatGPT based post. It is giving the standard answer to the question I am asking, but as far as it goes, it is correct according to current understanding. I believe there is a deeper level we can go to, and will introduce that at the end of this post.
If you need to be convinced of how harmful some EMFs can be, click the image below to go to a very comprehensive site on the damage done by EMFs at the cellular level.
Conversation with ChatGPT
Me: According to some, EMFs including 5G can harm the mitochondria. Please work on the basis that this might be true (it doesn't have to be proven) and find suggestions for what can be done to protect the mitochondria, or the cells in general, from EMF damage.
ChatGPT: If we operate under the assumption that EMFs (including 5G) may harm mitochondria, several strategies could be considered to protect the mitochondria or cells in general. These strategies include lifestyle modifications, dietary interventions, and specific supplements:
Antioxidant Support
Glutathione: This master antioxidant plays a crucial role in neutralizing oxidative stress, which can be exacerbated by EMF exposure. Supporting glutathione levels through supplementation or precursors like N-acetylcysteine (NAC) may be beneficial.
CoQ10: Known for its role in the electron transport chain within mitochondria, CoQ10 can help mitigate mitochondrial oxidative damage potentially caused by EMFs.
Vitamin C & E: These antioxidants can help protect cellular structures from oxidative stress, potentially offsetting some of the effects of EMF exposure.
2. Mitochondrial Support
Acetyl L-Carnitine: This compound facilitates the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they can be utilized for energy. Enhancing mitochondrial function may counterbalance any EMF-induced damage.
Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA): A potent antioxidant that can regenerate other antioxidants and support mitochondrial function.
Magnesium: Essential for mitochondrial function, magnesium also plays a role in protecting against oxidative stress. Some research suggests that magnesium can help mitigate EMF-related stress on cells.
3. Protective Supplements
Resveratrol: This polyphenol activates sirtuins, proteins that support mitochondrial health and protect against oxidative stress, which could be beneficial if EMFs induce cellular stress.
Sodium Butyrate: Known to support mitochondrial function, sodium butyrate may also have protective effects on the gut-brain axis, which could be impacted by EMFs.
Berberine: This alkaloid may protect mitochondria by activating AMPK, an enzyme that regulates cellular energy and reduces oxidative stress.
Melatonin: Beyond its role in regulating sleep, melatonin is a powerful antioxidant that protects mitochondria and may counteract EMF-induced damage.
4. Environmental Modifications
Reducing Exposure: Minimizing exposure to EMFs, particularly from devices like Wi-Fi routers and cell phones, can reduce potential damage. Consider using wired connections and limiting the use of wireless devices, especially during sleep.
EMF Shielding: Products designed to block or reduce EMF exposure, such as EMF-blocking phone cases, can provide an additional layer of protection.
5. Lifestyle Practices
Grounding/Earthing: Some believe that grounding (direct contact with the Earth's surface) may help reduce the body's EMF load and support overall health.
Stress Management: Chronic stress can exacerbate oxidative stress, and mitigating this through practices like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga may help protect the mitochondria.
6. Dietary Strategies
Anti-inflammatory Diet: Consuming a diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods (e.g., leafy greens, berries, fatty fish) can help reduce overall oxidative stress and support cellular health.
Hydration: Ensuring adequate hydration is important for cellular function and may help the body better cope with stressors, including EMFs.
By incorporating these strategies, it may be possible to protect the mitochondria and cells from potential EMF-related damage.
Brainstorming more effective ways of protecting the mitochondria from EMFs
As all of you who have tried to implement the suggestions above know, they work to some degree but not entirely, and are very costly and difficult to implement. There has to be a better and an easier way. We just have to find it.
Short term gain, long term harm
In addition, a fair few of these supplements are normally manufactured by the body from precursors. I personally do not like to take supplements that the body should be manufacturing for itself, at least for the long term, so whilst it might be OK to take melatonin before and after a PET, CAT or MRI scan, because these are one-off assualts on the body, I choose not to take them over the long term because of the risk of the body becoming “lazy” and ceasing to manufacture them for itself. The supplements on the list above that are manufactured by the body and so maybe should not be taken long term are:
Glutathione
Melatonin
CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10)
Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA)
Carnitine (Including Acetyl-L-Carnitine)
Questions I am currently asking
Is more shungite better, up to what point? I know shungite works to some degree, and that it is relatively cheap and so even poor pensioners like myself can build it up a bit, if we deem that to be useful. Just how much do we need to use to protect ourselves?
Can other black stones offer protection, such as cheap garden black volcanic scoria used in pot plants and around windows etc? I know that volcanic black stones are used in building construction to isolate high radiation equipment, so if it can be used industrially like this, what else can we do with it?
Can we eat or drink protection? This is my most significant question. We know that certain foods protected the Japanese from radiation poisoning after the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I know this is a different kind of radiation, but might the same principle apply? Could we drink green tea or something similar, that is good for overall health anyway, to actually protect against the kind of radiation we are getting from military installations and from 5G? This would seem like the best overall approach because we would be protected wherever we go, wearing our protection at the cellular or even mitochondrial level rather than externally to our bodies or built into our buildings.
I believe there is a simple and cheap way to protect ourselves
I hold a firm conviction, that there is a simple anti-dote for everything "they" are doing to us, because "they" do not want to kill themselves and they still need some able bodied human beings to do their dirty work. So I strongly believe that there is some simple remedy, probably in pill form, to protect our bodies from the nasty EMFs. We just have to find it. Similarly there will be some simple remedy to get nanotechnology out of the blood, we just have to find it.
Who wants to talk about this?
I would love to form a brainstorming group where we research the options and allow ourselves to consider novel solutions. Please feel free to message me on chat if you would like to be part of an open-minded brainstorming investigation of just what that simple and cheap way to protect ourselves from all this toxicity is.
Can you help?
I intend to keep writing of my journey through this rather strange time in my life, and for this planet. As soon as I know, I will share with you, what does and does not work to exorcise this bio-weapon from our bodies and take back some level of control of our lives.
If you think my writings are worthwhile, you can help me get more subscriptions and donations by sharing this article on other social media platforms, and by re-stacking this article in Substack Notes.
Or make a PayPal donation here to help with ongoing medical costs. Every little bit helps. The last donations, thank you, paid for a red light to help me find restful sleep and experimental nitric oxide gummies to see if increasing nitric oxide levels improves my overall health.
Thank you and God bless you🌹
I try to make sure I'm adding value and not noise, so sorry if this suggestion is a little noisy. I believe that stem cells can help mitochondrial function, but I honestly don't know any of the details of how that works. Using an oxygen concentrator to breathe air with a higher percentage of oxygen increases stem cells, and I have done that and felt like it improved my health. For details on these ideas, please look up Marc Girardot and The Bolus Theory Series. I believe the most relevant article on his stack is titled something like "Is there a simple effective cure". I wanted to add this because at least in the USA, it can be affordable to "rent" an oxygen concentrator month by month.
