I am doing a second round of this one, but not taking the bicarb which makes me too nauseous. I have substituted the fulvic acid which I am taking each day rather than every two days.

I am using the Virex tablets I already have on hand, but will find other suppliers as they are far too slow and unreliable, particularly for the price. My second order has still not been despatched when paid for on 3 Jan.

I had enough of the Ivermectin for a second round but not enough of the Fenbendazole, so I have bought some from another Australian based supplier - for dogs of course. They promise 4 days delivery and mine arrived in 6 days including the weekend - and delivery is free. Great service but I have no idea who they are.

Not sure what I will do at the end of this round as there is no testing available to me to find out if it has worked. That is my next challenge, to find out what kind of tests there might be. My doctors say there are none unless I am under the care of an oncologist.

Thank you so much for sharing this Christine. I didn’t end up buying the Ivermectin yet so if you do find another good option I’d love to know of the details. I’ll open the link re Fulvic acid to see what you substituted it with now.

You could start a course with all this info!

I don’t know what you do if you can’t get a test … How much is the oncologist appointment? It would be so good to know you don’t have anything to worry about x

It would be good to know, but perhaps this is forcing me back onto my intuition. I don't "feel" melanoma anywhere in my body now, so I need to trust that my body has already done its job.

But I think it has put me on notice that we are going to have to do three different health related things much more seriously now than we have done them in the past - for the rest of our lives!

We have to treat for the full range of parasites in our systems on a regular basis.

We have to get serious about detoxing heavy metals, plastics and technology.

We have to protect our systems from dirty electricity and other harmful EMFs.

I have done all those in the past but somewhat haphazardly and carelessly. But if I want to live a useful life until I die, I have to get real about just how serious the environmental toxicity around us really is, and just how much work it is going to take to protect my own body from it.

I am already seeing the benefit. I have never in my adult life been able to do computer work and writing in the evening. But my brain fog got much worse after covid so there were days in a row when I could concentrate on nothing. Then with the nicotine patches, my brain fog during the day cleared, and then half way through the last IVC/FBD protocol I actually wrote an article in the evening - unheard of. My muscular skeletal problems have not improved with all this detoxing but my brain function has.

I absolutely agree that detoxing needs to be incorporated into everyday life and that it will become a very hot topic in the future amongst many more people than now. All this research is invaluable and yet so too is the need for one’s own intuition. I’m trying to workout where to begin … I actually want to fast but I can’t put in enough weight to feel it’s good for me. Not everyone’s problem (I know!) but for me it is a problem because I don’t eat the foods that put weight on and I’m always active. Maybe I need to slow down and just do it … I feel I want my own body to reset before anything and then nourish and cleanse …

I really feel you are in the clear Christine. I’m feeling you had had your own reset (if you know what I mean) and the world needs you and your passion for truth x

This is so interesting. I didn’t know anything about either of these! You are leaving no stone unturned. Thank you x

A lot of the stuff I knew last century and pretty much forgot about is coming back. The doctors (or vets) and researchers then knew much more than the current batch of substack doctors, and we need to revive their work of we are to survive this. Dead doctors don't like was a fascinating tape and Joel Wallach, still alive at 83, was a fascinating person. I like fulvic/humic acid because they defy science.
