I have been into "healthy eating" all my life, and there is little doubt that "healthy eating" is imperative to maintain health or to return to health. However, what exactly constitutes "healthy eating", beyond "fresh and clean" and "variety", is, and always has been, up for grabs, with fads and fashions changing all the time. The current warfare in the treatment of cancer is between vegan and carnivore, but we can be certain that it will not stay there. Some new fad will explode onto the scene to make carnivore old hat, as carnivore exploded onto the scene to make vegan old hat. It's not a fruitful discussion as it is based on belief and prejudice, not fact.
Yes, we know cancer loves sugar so all forms should be minimised. We also know that cancer loves iron, but no-one in their right minds would suggest robbing our bodies of all iron to starve a cancer. Rather we can do various things to exploit the cancer's tastes. The artemisinin protocol I have published on this blog uses iron as a Trojan horse to get the artemisinin into the cancer cells. Other protocols use berberine and a few other supplements to block the entry of sugar into the cancer cells, thus starving them of sugar whilst leaving some level of sugar in the blood for other functions.
The human body is vastly too complex to summarise its functions down to a few fundamentalist beliefs about diet.
We are also way beyond the time when we had any real control over other lifestyle factors such as our toxic intake, with extraordinary levels of toxins now in our food, water, and air, and harmful emfs all around us that we simply cannot avoid. A "healthy diet" and "healthy living" are simply not enough to keep our bodies free of the deliberate genocidal dangers all around us. We are dealing with man-made environmental interventions that are designed to kill us. While we stick to some simplistic diet in the belief that it can fix everything, we are doing exactly what "they" want us to do. One thing we know for certain is that "they" would not be doing this to themselves, so we know they have an antidote or an anti-dote package to the whole lot. We just have to find it. That's all.

I'll add that wireless RF/EMF/EF frequencies from manmade devices drive our internal parasites crazy. It'll kill some of them off, injure them, stress them out, and then we get to clean up the toxins and waste they dump into our tissues and blood stream. You are right about "dirty electricity" generally. But are you are aware that, no matter what you do about your own EMF type devices, you are still exposed to 5G all the time, anyway? Every single 5G phone around you is pinging to find the closest and best signal, all the time, and if you are between it and the source, the signal is going to go right through you. Unless you turn your home, your car and when you go out, your body, into a Faraday cage you simply cannot stop the environmental 5G getting to you. And turning your life into a Faraday cage has huge negative health implications in other ways. We need earth energies to survive. Frankly, I do not have the answer to this one yet. I just know that most things suggested to this point are futile. At this point I wear shungite and am amazed at how well it protects me - I never thought it would - but it does. Maybe it is enough. I don't agree with a couple of your statements because we have mitigated the effects of EMR. They are manageable. I live on 33 acres in a semi rural area, so I'm not exposed to 4G-5G cellular radiation as long as I and my family members have our cell phones turned off or in Airplane mode. I also have the Radio Frequency meters to measure my EMR environment and it's less than 1 uW/m2 in the zero wifi, zero bluetooth, zero cellular house. We replaced wifi with a hard wired Ethernet cabled local area network. Now when I get into an EMR dense area with cell towers and wifi installed in every building (towns, cities, shopping centers, etc), I agree that EMR is high and usually over 1,000 uW/m2. But out in nature away from urban power density, it is low... like it's suppose to be. You are presuming that we all have the money to buy our way out of the high EMF areas. You are saying, in effect, that the millions in the cities, and in the rural areas with "good coverage" are not important, but face it, if we all moved out to wherever you are, your escape would fail. And you need our vote when it comes to removing the corrupt cabal, so you need our brains intact. We are all in this together, and poor people and city dwellers also matter. We have to solve this for everyone, not just a privileged few. Even the cost of a landline these days is so much higher than a cell phone that poor people cannot afford a landline any more. Even that is only for the privileged. So sure, we poor people can turn off our cell phones, but that is not going to save us, or you long term.
I don't know what all your options are. You asked for help. I can only bring EMR to your attention and suggest what I've done. If you live in a 15 minute city (which you did not initially say), then yes you are exposed to 5G broadcasting devices on every street corner. You are being microwaved. I know of someone else who left the Detroit area rather than be microwaved. He's out west right now. What are you presently doing to temporarily protect yourself? ... Until you find a way to leave a dangerous situation?

I do empathize, and I also realize the poor are not helpless victims. Every human being is powerful if they use it instead of giving it away. We get 66% of our ATP power from the Earth and Sky. Get up at dawn to absorb the morning sunlight. Get as much full spectrum sunlight during the day as you can. Develop a tan, because melanin in our cells protects us from 4-5G. Go to a park and ground yourself to absorb free electrons from the Earth. And reduce your exposure to blue light. Go to bed at sundown instead of being exposed to artificial lighting after dark. It works.
Try eliminating all carbohydrates and going carnivore for a while. Carbohydrates are a big factor in all of your diseases, especially diabetes and cancer and parasites. They all thrive on sugar and carbohydrates.
Simple carbohydrates, specially processed refined sugar, juices and high glycemic index foods, are what need to be reduced/eliminated from the diet. Complex carbohydrates with lots of fiber keep heavy metals from being absorbed via the digestive track. Think fresh whole foods instead of processed foods, which I think you've already addressed. Eliminating all carbohydrates is nuts, imo. We need their vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytochemicals. Plus fish and other animal foods can deliver parasites... if they are not well cooked. Animal foods are needed for the vitamins, minerals and protein they provide. Seek a well balanced diversified diet, but also do what you must do to heal.
There are plenty of carbohydrates in all the flesh foods. Steak has carbohydrates chicken has carbohydrates fish has carbohydrates. There are essential fatty acids and essential amino acids but there are no essential carbohydrates needed for life.

I wear it as jewelry, but also have a piece on my computer and a piece behind my computer chair. I really notice if I go out without it.
