Have you tried Olive leaf extract for blood pressure issues? Some people say its helpful.

I have a herbal mix which contains olive leaf extract, and that has worked for me in past emotional crises, but it put not a dent in my BP. But nor did the first drug I was given so I am onto the next drug to see if it works. Don't you just love science!

You are on quite the journey. I've only recently begun reading your work. For my strange bp problems, I have found that improving bile quality and flow, reducing liver/gall bladder congestion and overall better digestion has lowered my bp. High bp is caused by something. It does not spontaneously appear for no reason. Find your reason and remediate. As a side note, we all need to work on liver/gall bladder congestion as a habit for the rest of our lives. Those of us having lived the standard American lifestyle (SAL) are destined to liver problems unless we change our ways.

Hi All before you go out of your mind abou BP's guess who sets the standard? You got it THE WHO

Just throw away your preasure machine and just live I have done so

No more tests I eat healthy and if I die so be it

I am at peace

Going to die is guaranteed but I am not dwelling on it

You could be on one of you bridges and the globalists will send a friget into the pylon to take it down but what are the chances?

Be at peace

Also to get your preasure down do a couple of days fast

Jesus went and prsyed and fasted we never read that he got sick

I had questions about those measurements. All my metabolic syndrome measures are high, but until the BP hit the roof, steadily just a bit high - but high according to whom? My bad LDL is high, so my doctor ordered carotid and renal artery scans to prove to me that I had arterial plaque meaning I had to go on statins, as well as high blood pressure meds. The scans came back unobstructed - no plaque, no blockage on the arteries scanned and although I pushed him into the question of what could be causing the HBP, if it is not arterial plaque blockage., Could it be clots or could it be emotional/chemical? No answer. If it was a clot, I reckon it would stay high and not come down with the nitro, so does that mean it has to be behavioural chemicals? Or is there something I know nothing about? I got no answer - he just rolls off onto another lecture about taking something nutraceutical that I am already taking and know more about than he does.

But if you are also dealing with this, then I suggest you look at the idea of cold deep rage - quiet compared to anger which is noisy. During a panic attack BP went up to 180+ and i drove to the doctors rooms in that panic state. The nurse there tested my BP at just 150/90 something - it had gone down significantly during my "flight". So it is clearly not flight/fight chemicals, putting it up to the crazy levels of180-200. So not just adrenaline and cortisol.

But what about "freeze" mode? I looked it all up, and found that when frightened our sympathetic nervous system produces adrenaline and cortisol, and if we go further and freeze, the adrenaline and cortisol are still there ready to take over, but our parasympathetic system clicks in and brings about "freeze". I don't know how it does that chemically. That means we have our foot on the brake and our foot on the accelerator at the same time, just waiting for the freeze to pass and let us run or fight. I think it might be the "freeze" mode that forces our blood pressure up much higher than just fight or flight, where we can act on our impulses and let some of the steam out. We become like a pressure cooker.

Anyway, worth looking at.

Even the ambulance paramedic told me not to test my own blood pressure again and I haven't. I should have known better than to follow doctors orders when I know they are WRONG for ME and when the doctor has refused to address the base onto which he is imposing his belief based regimes. I too have accepted that if I die, I die, and I do it my way. I have already done that with self-medicating for two different cancers, so a stroke or a diabetic coma just get added to the list options for how I die.

Sadly I'm working on a similar situation. Late in 2021 I thought I had food poisoning. Horrible pain that nothing touched it. I called 911 they came, but said I'll have to wait my turn all night. I decided to stay home. Finally first thing in the morning I went directly to the ER. Luckily it was nearly empty. The first test discovered some blood clots inside and acute pancreatitis. I was admitted. The next test discovered I had COVID, or whatever that really means. They waisted tons of protective grear just to enter my room. I nearly died, except for 2 transfusions. Sadly my family wasn't allowed to donate the blood, so who knows what I received. After about 5 days I think of total fast I slowly began to recover. So far, nothing really improves my high blood pressure, and it does get scary once in a while. Happily the clots were removed, I believe it's nattokinase that did that. The experts gave me some blood thinner that caused huge loss of hair and had no medicinal benefit. They said to keep taking it and the longer I last without a stroke the less likely I am to have one, but they had no remedy for the clots. That's a lie, as they are gone, verified by imaging test. Fasting really does work, it's not easy, but it's doable if needed. I'm still taking natto everyday, I only take their blood pressure medicine when my pressure is very very high. I'm trying various things. Hopefully one day I'll achieve perfect health again and will certainly share what works. Prayers for good health and full recovery. Regarding leg pains, I've had success taking minerals, mostly boron and also some magnesium. 👍. Happy feet.

One of the reasons I am sharing all this is that I think there are far more of us than anyone realises. We will only find a successful path if we share what we know, because the doctors have no idea whatsoever.

I admire the tenacity and wholesome truthfulness - in both Christines. May I suggest, for a different harmless path, you look at releasing your fascia and understand the benefit of diaphragm breathing, opposed to chest/mouth, as explained in numerous YouTubes presented by Deanne and Quinn of Block Therapy.

Perfect recommendations! Along with working on liver/gall bladder/bile congestion.
