Great article which I’ll have to read at least a couple times. Is there some reason you didn’t mention chlorine dioxide ? It’s a biofilm disrupter I’m familiar with.

I failed to mention all the chemical agents that are being flogged at the moment for both biofilm disruption and detox. Yes, they are supposed to do all sorts of wonderful things, but they are also toxic in their own right. I can't and won't defend my position on this as it is apparently irrational at this point. Let me explain.

I have a very good relationship with my intuition, built up over many years. There are certain feelings I get when I am intuiting something, and I have learned, often the hard way, to listen to these "feelings". The feeling I get is like a mixture of a stubborn child pouting and stamping her feet, with her head down, and a cringe. This combination means "don't do it", or "I'm not going to do it." Whenever I have given in to the bullying around me and done something that made me feel this way, I have regretted it, so now I always obey it while I do more research and try to find out what is triggering those feelings. Taking toxic chemicals to detox toxic chemicals is making me feel that way.

So I have about 10 articles on hold, all about the various chemicals, waiting to work out how to ensure they are safe before I promote them. If I ever get the green light I will publish them, but not until.

In the meantime I have stumbled over modified citrus pectin that seems to do everything they do and is at least from a plant source. I am still not completely happy about it because it is manufactured from a natural product so that it is no longer natural. MCP does not exist in nature and cannot be made by us at home. but I am using it in the interim until I find something more natural that I can grow/prepare at home, that does the same thing. (If I was not battling cancer at the moment I would not be rushing into it, but I am not getting the pout/stamp/squirm about it so it will do for now. (MCP also disables Galectin-3 and Galectin-3 enables cancer - so pretty useful stuff.)
