Wild ideas 3: If sleep states are as real as waking states, what might we be doing in our sleep...
... and should we be arming ourselves with tools from our waking state to help us in our sleep state?
I am unvaxxed
Are we living simultaneous lives on multiple planes of existence?
What exactly is our dream life?
I speculated in my previous article on dreams, that our dream state and waking state might be at least equal realities, with both states co-existing at all times, one part of our awareness being in 3 dimensional reality and another part of our awareness being in 4th, 5th or 6th dimensional reality.
These terms will not be strange to mystics but may mean little to many who think that life is limited to 3D reality. This is the self-limiting belief that entraps most scientists and renders their theories about life profoundly limited, and very often, utterly wrong. But I am not going to defend the existence of other dimensions of reality, or even explain them - there are plenty of physics books as well as mystical books out there attempting to do just that. I am going to talk as if these other dimensions are a given, but what is not a given is how we experience these other dimensions and how our lives on the various dimensions actually enmesh together.
In my previous article I asked the question…
How much “bleeding” is there between sleep and wakefulness
and what form or forms does it take?
I gave some examples of how my dream states and waking states bleed into one another. I have listed a few of them below. These are not that frequent and have resisted all my attempts to induce them or otherwise take control of them, but when I am sufficiently emotionally settled, I find it a fascinating territory for exploration.
I can have visceral responses to dream feelings that persist during the day. Significantly these feelings are often new feelings that I have not experienced before.
I can have waking responses to dream nightmares where I enact the end of the nightmare by leaping out of bed whilst waking up.
I have premonition dreams, where I see an event happening some time before the event.
I have real-time dreams where I observe and sometimes participate in an event that happened while I was asleep and that I read about the next day in the papers.
I have times when I become consciously aware in a dream and can control it from there on.
I have experienced waking paralysis where my awareness is back in the room but my body is paralysed.
I have had shared dreams or nightmares with other people.
As I have never been part of a sleep study, I have no idea if all of these types of dreams occur during the REM dreaming state, but it certainly seems as if in our REM dreaming state is very similar to our waking consciousness.
What is the science of dream states and how they map to “dimensions”?
We know a lot about certain aspects of dream sates, but nothing substantial about what they are actually for. ChatGPT tells me the following about dream states.
“Brain waves are patterns of electrical activity in the brain, measurable with an electroencephalogram (EEG). They are categorized by their frequency:
Delta waves (0.5-4 Hz): Deep sleep
Theta waves (4-8 Hz): Light sleep, drowsiness, and meditation
Alpha waves (8-13 Hz): Relaxed wakefulness and meditation
Beta waves (13-30 Hz): Active thinking, problem-solving, and focus
Gamma waves (30-100 Hz): High-level cognitive functioning and information processing”
ChatGPT also tells us that there is very little difference in terms of brain waves, between REM sleep and wakefulness:
[Both REM sleep and wakefulness] are marked by high-frequency, low-amplitude brainwaves, [with the only real difference being that] REM sleep involves muscle paralysis, whereas wakefulness allows for voluntary movement.
These waves are predominantly in the beta (13-30 Hz) and gamma (30-100 Hz) ranges, similar to those seen during wakefulness.
And upon asking about any potential mapping between the sleep states and other dimensions, surprisingly ChatGPT did understand the question and gave me this rather predictable answer.
“Do our brain waves and dream states correspond to different dimensional realities?”
“Some metaphysical or spiritual traditions propose that dream states or altered states of consciousness may provide access to other dimensions or realities. These ideas are often based on personal experiences and philosophical beliefs rather than scientific evidence.
“While brain waves and dream states are well-studied phenomena in neuroscience, the idea that they correspond to different dimensional realities remains speculative and outside the realm of established scientific understanding. The connection between consciousness and dimensions is an area of ongoing exploration in both science and philosophy.”
At least ChatGPT did not dismiss the idea altogether.
Just how can one dream (nightmare) be shared by several people?
If our dream states are simply about brain waves and states of relaxation, how can most of the dream states I have listed above, and that I have personally experienced, exist? How can dream states foretell the future, or observe the present from afar? And how can dream states be shared between more than one individual?
A special dream, shared by three people
One particular dream state I did not mention in my previous article was one when I was taking a course with two aboriginal shaman women. We were staying overnight at a fairly basic lodge in the bush. That night, I went to bed surrounded by a very strange mood, where the elder shaman had run out of the gathering and disappeared into her locked room, refusing to come out.
I was obviously anxious at her strange behaviour and worried for her, but did eventually go to bed and fall asleep myself. Some time later I woke up in terror, with no actual dream memory of what had caused the terror, but despite my pounding heart, fell straight asleep again. Some time later I woke up again, in terror again, and had the thought “if I go back to sleep this time I could die”, and with that strange thought, promptly fell back asleep. The next time I woke, my waking thought was “well, I didn’t die that time”, and back to sleep I fell again.
Eventually morning arrived and I was able to escape my bed and creep to the kitchen to make a drink. I found the “elder” there, nursing her own cup. As I was making mine, she looked over to me, stared at me and when I looked back at her, she said “thank you, that was very brave of you”. When I asked her what she was talking about she simply said “Don’t you remember? If you don’t remember I’m not telling you”. I told her as much as I did remember and finally pried out of her that we had regressed into a historical battlefield war between two Aboriginal groups, and I had aligned on her side. She claimed to be able to go back in time and change - or at least heal the wounds of - history, and told me NEVER to attempt it - but again thanked me for my help. Of course this actually meant that I HAD been part of going back in time and changing history, just under her supervision. But I agreed that it did not seem like a sensible thing for me to do alone, given how little conscious awareness I had of the details of the adventure.
Later that morning I got a phone call from a female friend who was ringing because she was worried about me. Was I safe? When I pressed her on why she had called, she told me that she had had a dream where she was driving a black jeep, and had driven full pelt somewhere on a very dark night, into the bush, to pick me up and get me out of danger.
So three of us had a shared dream. Pretty impressive.

What are the implications of the sleep state being as real as the waking state?
There are three realms of speculation that emerge immediately from this shared and very dramatic sleep event.
There is clearly something non-linear about time, and about seeing into the past and into the future. I have found it to be pointless to try to speculate about the nature of time, as our waking 3D consciousness has no way of understanding it. I let it sit there as an unanswered question.
Dreams must be, in some sense, real, otherwise how can one dream (nightmare) be shared by several people?
If our sleep state is as real as our waking state:
and if there is potential danger in our sleep state, might that danger impact on our lives in our waking state?
and might what we do in our waking lives, impact on what we are doing and how successfully we are doing it in our sleep lives?
and if we have consciousness on all planes all the time, then just how many different things may we be doing in our lives without our 3D consciousness being aware of them?
Do we share emotional states between dimensions of existence?
Can the anxiety states from one realm of existence impact on another?
The 3D Christine exists in a high state of anxiety, but could that be caused by things that are going on at other levels of my being, and could the anxiety be addressed by paying more attention to, and becoming more conscious of, choices I am making on those other more subtle levels of my being?
Could there be a real threat to me on 4D, from which the anxiety or even fear may bleed through into the waking state?
How do we impact on emotions that originate in dimensions other than 3D?
I like forcing my head to view things upside down and see them differently. Our perspective on what is happening when we are asleep is viewed entirely according to our 3D waking state. Can we see it the other way up? How could we see things differently if our sleep perspective dominated?
We think about using high vibration scents, or certain types of music, to impact on our waking lives, calm us down, help us heal physically and emotionally, and most importantly, help us go to sleep. But what if our beings, operating at 4D, 5D, 6D, whether asleep or awake, are begging for help from our 3D waking state, in the form of frequencies that can help us be our best selves in those alternative dimensional realities?
Working with scents
All religions and mystery schools use incense, particularly rose or frankincense. Most religions use chanting or singing or affirmations. Why?
What if frankincense or rose help us align our 4D or 5D beings in such a way that we operate there more successfully (and perhaps more consciously) during either or both of the waking hours and during sleep. What if high vibratory rates accessed whist awake are like a suit of armour for what might assault us while asleep, or like a passport to get us through dangerous territory to somewhere safe and potentially more “enlightening”?
Physical healing
I have been playing with smells and sounds to see if I can use them effectively to bring about 3D physical healing, given the precarious state of my health.
With smells, I am experimenting with bringing back my sense of smell that I lost with covid in 2022. Stimulating the sense of smell with nice smells does seem to be a successful way of bringing the sense of smell back. To this end I have been using both rose water and lavender water (no need to buy expensive essential oils, the waters used for cooking work as well and smell as nice). But what if I am doing more than bringing my sense of smell back? What if these smells bleed through into our 4D and 5D realities and help strengthen us for action on those planes?
With sounds I am experimenting with background listening to mantras or frequencies. I have been particularly using this one, which, for now, is my favorite and seems to be healing my covid damaged vagus nerve. (Deep Buddhist Chants | Om Mani Padme Hum).
Other music is available with binaural beats or different frequencies, designed to impact on our bodies on the physical plane. I have listened to many of these, although do tend to get sick of them over time.
And here is one that is supposed to get us into gamma waves, where our intellectual genius comes through - to a mystic, maybe the fifth dimensional plane.
And so, what about the genocide?
I am very aware that “they” are trying to kill us, and in my case, the slow kill is probably underway.
And many of us are speculating about the use of 5G and other technology and nanotechnology, in some kind of mind control experiment to take control of the human race.
If this is true, then we have every reason to believe that we might be fighting for our lives at some level that is invisible to the waking consciousness.
If we are fighting for our lives, without a conscious awareness of what it entails, we are potentially leaving ourselves vulnerable to assaults that we could manage better with more conscious awareness of them, and with more tools with which to protect ourselves at those invisible levels of our being.
One of the most commonly asked questions of the last 4 years is how some people saw straight through the scam and others fell for it. 3D intelligence was not a deciding factor in who fell for it. In fact, the more highly educated population, who are inclined to be less aware of the subtle planes of existence, turned out to be the most vulnerable. Those of us more proficient in altered states actually got through this with our awareness far more intact.
Do we need to improve our awareness and why?
As we seek to improve our awareness, we will potentially become more aware of what is lined up against us and how to combat it. That is not going to be easy.
We need the right frequencies to help guard our bodies and help them heal from the physical assaults on the human race.
We need the right frequencies to help support those aspects of our being that do not reside on the material 3D plane of existence but that may still be vulnerable.
We need to become more aware of the “traffic” between our states of being, whether or not we are conscious of those different states.
For now I am working with scent and sound
I would love to hear from you of any experiments you are making with your sleep vs waking state, your etheric, astral, mental bodies and beyond, your awareness of or mastery of different dimensions of reality. This is where our solutions lie in this attempt to protect human life from evil. We have to go there, we have to become aware of what is happening there, and we have to render ourselves impervious to the attacks being made on all of human life, particularly from the hidden planes.
Scary though it may be, it’s probably worth exploring, eh?
Can you help?
I intend to keep writing of my journey through this rather strange time in my life, and for this planet. As soon as I know, you will know what does and does not work to exorcise this bio-weapon from our bodies and take back some level of control of our lives.

Surprised with chatGPT and its metaphysical take even if it did sort-of pooh-pooh it.
Dreams are part of metaphysic reality. It's the less dense 'sheath' to our physical bodies, very real - but subtle. In physical terms it's like electromagnetic phenomena... one way to describe the soul's activity beyond the body.
Awareness is also known as consciousness. As consciousness rises, we have to decide if we live in a "good or bad" universe. The universe, or Reality, is not what we've been mass-educated to believe, but at its core, it is beautiful in spite of the pain and confusion. If they wanted to kill us all they could. So something else must be at play. But that is my own perspective from a thoroughly thrashed life - ymmv.
Any artificial intelligence - and this applies to one highly educated in the hyper-rational universities where dark-age philosophy is heralded as the brightest light of progressive modernity...
where was I...
Oh yes, artificial intelligence is so-named for the pure artifice of it. True intelligence takes the reality of dreams and integrates them entirely in to their reality which becomes more complete (because of said integration).
I came to read your post on this subject of dreams because of their link to metaphysics. Metaphysics has nothing to do with the corrupted and moralising sentiment of religion, but uses the pure intellect, and intellectual intuition. Shaman use dreams just as ancient mystics and those engaged in Eastern doctrines do. (The West represents the death of metaphysic reality (via corrupted religion) and this is arguably why we're undergoing the covid operation.)
Dreams are potentially controllable, and represent our possibilities. The more seriously we take dreams, the greater we can develop our "nous" or intellectual intuition.
We reach our full potential as human beings when we have fulfilled all our/the necessary possibilities. It can be difficult and a long road but is far from impossible. Nothing learned is ever lost in that process, ie. physical death is not the end.
The things you mentioned, like seeing things in the news that you dreamt the night before for example were all common to me through life and I was convinced they were so important, but nobody shared my curiosity. I have since learned THEY ARE SO IMPORTANT.
It is only in this end of the dark age of false light or false knowledge (artificial intelligence) that dreams are dismissed. I've written on them, because I love metaphysics and as an artistic type my dreams have always been spectacular, and filled with those aspects you listed.
This world is how we accrue or 'take-up' consciousness - ie. in a physical body.
Consciousness accrues from one life or state to the next. Peak consciousness is full Realisation, or "Christ-" or "Buddha consciousness". This is the same again as the 33° Freemason symbolism.
