The "Joe Tippins" Fenbendazole Protocol
..and variations there-of, regarding the use of fenbendazole for the treatment of parasites and cancer

The protocol
A range of protocols
There are a few variations on this protocol doing the rounds, that claim to aid in the treatment of covid, long covid and cancer. They are sufficiently different to make the topic somewhat confusing but they mostly involve ivermectin and fenbendazole, either together or separately. This article is about fenbendazole.
I personally have been using a protocol involving both fenbendazole and ivermectin for an 11 day period followed by a 9 day hiatus. I am on my second round of that, and I am currently unsure what ongoing treatment and maintenance routine I should follow when that is complete.
I am thinking that I move onto this fenbendazole protocol which is much simpler when my current protocol complete, and after that, maybe a wormwood protocol, and after that, maybe apricot kernels. We seem to be spoiled for choice.
The protocol according to the fenbendazole.com website
This information is taken from this page on Fenbendazole. It is important to note that we do not have the name of a doctor, researcher or patient behind this protocol.
Fenbendazole 222 - 444 mg daily for 6 days (Monday-Saturday), skip on the seventh day (Sunday), repeat weekly. Take with or after a meal to improve absorption. Use the calculator to determine dose - 222 mg up to 90 kilo, 444 mg for body weight of 91 kg and above for active cancer treatment.
Take 1 x 600 mg capsule of bio-available curcumin, twice a day after breakfast and lunch (with food) (As I take whole turmeric rather than curcumin, I take 4 capsules x 680 mg daily which is probably a much smaller dose.)
Take 25 mg of CBD oil (a couple of drops) under tongue every night before sleep. (Note that some people recommend against CBD oil).
Vitamin D. Check your Vitamin D levels at your doctor’s office regularly. Vitamin D3 is preferred over D2. It is proven that additional Vitamin D supplementation improves immunity and improves positive outcome in cancer patients.
For every 3 months of fenbendazole, take 400 mg of Milk Thistle (silymarin) for at least 30 days straight for overall liver health.
To monitor your progress
Have regular check-ups (once every 1-3 months)
(Note that I have been unable to ascertain what checkups. There are blood tests for a few different cancers, but not for all. In Australia, unless I have been “misinformed”, only an oncologist can order scans for cancer so once you have withdrawn from standard medical care delivered by an oncologist, scans are no longer an option.)Take blood tests for your liver to determine if you need a three to six week break from fenbendazole. You should monitor liver health (AST / ALT liver enzyme levels).
If the tests are higher than 2-3 times the norm, discontinue therapy.
A second protocol taken from 2nd Smartest Guy in the World Substack
This information is taken from this Substack Article. It is important to note that we do not have the name of a doctor, researcher or patient behind this protocol.
Fenbendazole (300mg, 7 days a week).
Tocotrienol and Tocopherol forms (all 8) of Vitamin E (400-800mg per day, 7 days a week). (Others state that vitamin E makes no difference to the cancer treatment.)
Bio-Available Curcumin (600mg per day, 2 pills per day 7 days a week).
CBD oil (1-2 droppers full [equal to 25mg per day] under the tongue, 7 days a week)
Ivermectin (24mg, 7 days a week).
A third variation on the Joe Tippins protocol
There seems to be a risk that fenbendazole taken without the necessary vitamins may do more harm than good. This article explains the vitamins in more detail.
3 days on, 4 days off
Fenbendazole: 222 mg daily
Vitamin E: (400-800mg per day)
Curcumin: 600 mg daily
CBD Oil: 25 mg daily
A fourth variation from “Heal Navigator”
These people have put together a very easy to follow protocol and also offer on-line support, so good for someone battling this alone.
This is a 7 days per week protocol.
“Heal Navigator is the largest resource for alternative cancer clinics and alternative cancer treatments.”
Fenbendazole: 222 mg daily, taken with food or alone
Curcumin: 600 mg daily
CBD Oil: 25 mg daily (taken sublingually (under the tongue))
Berberine: 500 mg 2-3 times a day
Quercetin: 250 mg1-2 a day
The risks
The potential for liver damage
There seems to be some risk of liver damage from Fenbendazole, but not for everyone. From what I have been able to establish, the dangers may arise if other liver damage factors are already in place. In other words, if your liver is already challenged for some reason, Fenbendazole may well make it worse.
As recommended above, take milk thistle to reduce the risk of damage and have regular blood tests to watch your liver enzyme levels. If they go too high, then potentially you will need to discontinue this treatment and try something else.
