The delights of dealing with Substack AI

... and how to make the Substack AI grovel and still get no results

I have been trying to get a display problem solved for quite a few days, using the AI help screen in Dashboard. Eventually I got frustrated and asked for an agent at which stage I got the same replies provided by the AI but this time by email. No human interaction at any stage. Today is my third attempt and what follows is my most recent “black hole”.

“WE ARENT ABLE TO GUARANTEE A TIMELY RESPONSE”

I WAS OFFERED STARS TO CLICK AT THIS POINT AFTER WHICH I WROTE USELESS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ZERO STARS OPTION

Ah, such is life. The utter pointlessness of making AI grovel!
